Two more days til 2010. This is so weird.

I found this totally awesome picture that show's how the image of Link's charcter changes throughout the games in order of release date. The actual order of the games is very confusing.


1: The Legend of Zelda
Released in December 1987 for Nintendo Entertainment System and later Gameboy Advanced.

I'm playing this along with 4 others at the moment and I must say the graphics are terrible but it was 1987 so I guess it's okay. The controls on the emulator are confusing too!

2: Zelda II: The Adventures of Link
Released in 1988 for NES.

3: Link's Awakening
Released in 1991 for GameBoy (the black and white one)

4: Link's Awakening
GameBoy Colour version.

5: A Link to the Past / Four Swords
Released separately in 1992 for SNES and in 2002 as a remake for GBA.

This was the first game I bought and I don't even remember how I even knew about it. Nonetheless it's pretty exciting. I've had this since I first got a GBA and I recently discovered I'm barely a third of the way through. EPIC FAIL

6: Minish Cap
Released in 2005 for GBA.

This is one of the games I bought as well and it's by far the cutest one. I have no idea how far I am with this.

7: Ocarina of Time
Released in 1998 for Nintendo 64, it's the most popular of all the games and was the fist 3D game in the series.

I started this today although playing 5 games at once isn't a really good idea especially if they're all on different platforms. Graphics are quite good for an old game but I've hardly gotten anywhere because I'm playing via emulator.

8: I have no idea what game this is from! Link's tunic is meant to be green anyway!

9: The Phantom Hourglass / Spirit Tracks
Released 2008 and 2009 for Nintendo DS.

I can't wait to buy Spirit Tracks because Phantom Hourglass was really fun. It was pretty easy, tedious at times but it was funny sometimes too. This is the only one I've managed to finish so now I'm just looking for items I missed.

10: Twilight Princess
Released in 2007 for Nintendo Wii.

I nagged a lot so we could get a Wii just so I could play this and Link's Crossbow Training. I love this because it's more involving cos of the way Wii is designed. However the game, unlike the others is really dark and scary. The graphics are pretty awesome and Princess Zelda is so pretty!

This is Princess Zelda. She looks pretty, dainty and elegant but I assure you looks can e decieving. She is quite powerful.

3 days left and honestly, I'm excited now. I spent all day cleaning my room today. It's getting painted tomorrow. I finally found the The Legend of Zelda original game. I want The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. I realised how popular this game is. I started playing Ocarina of Time, the most popular one. It's hard. I have 3 unfinished games that I should really finish. Hmm. Twilight Princess is EPIC. It's my favourite one so far. :) I really want all the other Nintendo game systems just to play Zelda.

I'm a lazy child so I didn't blog on boxing day but it's only one hour and twenty minutes past. Boxing Day was rainy and gloomy but like many other people I headed out to the city for the Boxing Day Sales. BOXING DAY SALES ARE OVERRATED! It was crowded and hot inside the shops so buying anything wasn't really worth the wait and most things were still expensive anyway.

Anyway this is my plan for today.

That is so totally awesome I had to blog again. :)

It is a very hot Christmas Eve indeed. So hot in fact that the cold water is warm. Not very nice when you want cooooold water. I slept at 7 and woke up sweaty at 12. Gross. I want to shower but I want to swim so I don't know. :L

I think I'm secretly Edward Cullen. I stay up all night watching you sleep. :) The thing is I'm not tired at all and I don't feel like sleeping.

Okay so I haven't blogged in two days but alas! I have an excuse. The day before I had no internet and today I was too busy with various other things so too bad.

Being without internet (if you don't include mobile facebook) is quite fun. I played Zelda: Twilight Princess and got somewhere with that, played scattergories with th good-old family and watched The Illusionist which I must say is a very good movie. The Italian Job is still the best!

Today, I wasn't bothered getting out of bed until 12 and while very into the intense game of Zelda (where I finally understand why it's rated M) the phone rang which meant the net was working again so YAY!

I discovered that the Short Stack concert at the Opera House is a black tie event with a black carpet and everything. So here I come formal clothes and papparazzi!

I watched World Trade Centre which is based in the story of 2 of the 20 people rescued from 9/11 and it was pretty sad I actually cried in some of it. I watched Flight Plan too. Mad movie.

Back to upping my ranks in Tap Tap Revenge now. Happy Christmas Eve. I'll blog later if I get the chance because I'm having a family party at my house today and maybe tomorrow.

4 days until christmas and I'm pretty excited even though it probably won't be anything special. It's 3:30 in the morning and I'm sitting in bed because i don't feel like sleeping and I think I have a mosquito bote on my leg. Typing on the ipod touch is really hard and I still havnen't gotten used to it because all I really do is play Tap Tap Revenge.

So, for christmas this year, I've gotten 1 out of he 4 things I wanted. I got a ticket to the Short Stack 2010 Opera House Concert and I'm still looking for somewhere to buy their Sweet December EP (which I hopefully will find soon).

I'm really bored now. I was supposed to upload two videos onto my youtube yesterday but I completely forgot after I came home from the buffet at Granville RSL. The food there was pretty good especially the honey chicken. Mmmm...the only thing missing was the lemon sauce that I couldn't find or didn't notice but I prefer to go with the latter so as to not feel like I missed out on something.

For once I feel good for not dreading a Monday but the days are passing quickly and the new year is approaching fast. I've started thinking about my New Year's Resolutions and for once I think I'm going to try to stick to them especially with getting a job. I do hope that works out.

Well, I think I'll get back to some more TTR and read a bit so ta ta for now. (:

I spent a long time deciding whether I was actually going to blog today and I thought I should try to blog every day in the holidays where possible.

Well, I've been very very lazy and I haven't blogged in 18 days. Since then, life has been exceptional (mostly) and a lot of things have changed, hopefully for the better. I've been enjoying myself and holiday fever has kicked in, although, I've felt like I've been on holidays since the end of term 1.
